Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is my car A/C blowing warm air?
Most often the system is low on refrigerant because of a leak. It can also be a failing compressor or clutch, a blocked condenser, or an electrical fault. Rudy finds which one before he charges the system.
Is an A/C recharge enough to fix it?
Usually not. Refrigerant doesn't get used up, so if it's low, it leaked. A recharge without fixing the leak will be gone in weeks or months.
How much does car A/C repair cost in Houston?
It depends on what failed. A small leak or a relay is a modest repair, and a compressor or evaporator costs more. Rudy diagnoses it first and gives you the price before work starts.
Why does my A/C only work sometimes?
Cooling that comes and goes usually points to an electrical problem, a failing compressor clutch, or a pressure problem. Tell Rudy when it tends to quit. That helps him catch it.
