Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Why does my car clunk over bumps?
Usually a worn strut, ball joint, sway bar link or bushing. They sound alike, so Rudy finds the exact part before he replaces anything.
Why is my car pulling to one side?
Pulling can come from a worn tie rod or ball joint, a sticking brake caliper, or tire wear. We find which one it is.
How do I know if I need new shocks or struts?
Look for a bouncy or floaty ride, the nose diving when you brake, a lot of lean in turns, or tires wearing unevenly. Rudy can check them and tell you whether they're worn out or still have life.
Can worn suspension damage my tires?
Yes. Worn suspension causes uneven tire wear. Replacing the worn parts protects your tires and keeps the car handling safely.
